Corporate Membership
Corporate Memberships shall be classified as Resident Golf and Non-Resident Golf and shall be issued in the name of a corporation, partnership or other form of legally recognized entity. Each Corporate Membership will permit the entity to designate a minimum of three individuals as “Designated Members” who each shall be entitled to the rights and privileges of a Resident Golf Member or Non-Resident Golf Member depending on the type of corporate membership. Each designee must be an officer, director, member, or employee of the entity and be approved for membership. The entity may change designee at any time upon the payment of a re-designation fee in an amount to be determined by the Club. An initiation deposit will be required for each designee. Designees of a Resident Corporate Membership will not count against the maximum number of Resident Golf Memberships permitted by this Membership Plan. The corporate entity shall be liable for all charges incurred by its designees.
