At the northern point of the development, the Fairway Estates have some of the most beautiful and spacious property in the area.

An Estate Neighborhood

Located along the 15th Fairway of the golf course, these estate lots come with fantastic views of both the course and the lake. The Fairway Estates are meticulously carved into the naturally beautiful north Louisiana landscape.

There are three existing Estate neighborhoods: Squire Creek Estates, Timberland Estates and Fairway Estates. Estate lots are typically over an acre in area. Heated square footage requirements are 3500 on the course and 3000 off the course.
