Sample Itinerary

Day 1

1:00-2:00
Welcome and Orientation-Give shirts, caps, TPI kits, explain web example, describe cardio, show foam rolling, discuss H2O, nutrition, vitamins, split into groups.

2:00-6:00
Split into 4 groups of 4 students and rotate through each station after 1 hour.
Station #1: Physical Screens-Pelvic Tilt, Rotations, Squat, Toe Touch, Balance
Station #2: Physical Screens-90/90, Lat, ½ Kneeling, Bridge, Hip Rotation
Station #3: V1 Video analysis of 14 swing faults with driver, 6 & 9 iron, pitch, and chip
Station #4: Short Game Test-pitch, chip, lob, and sand shots from a short, intermediate, and long distance to 3 and 6 foot circles around pins.

6:00-7:30
Dinner

7:30-10:00
Pros analyze swings through video, 3 D motions, and TrackMan club motions. We enter information into web, prepare body preps and motor skills, and prepare short game recommendations.


Day 2

Group A-8 golfers

Golf 18 holes

12:30-1:00
Lunch

1:00-5:00
Station Rotations-1 hour at each station. There will be 2 golfers and 1 pro at each.
Station #1: TPI Program explanation of body preps and motor skills using V1 video as feedback
Station #2: 3D Motion analysis. Explanation of kinematic sequence and use bio feedback tones to help give the correct feel
Station#3: Sam Putting Analysis. Explanation of stroke mechanics and use system to give feedback. Give suggestions in setup and stroke to help correct.
Station #4: Short Game Feedback. Give proper mechanics of chip, pitch, lob, and sand.

6:00-7:30 Dinner

Group B-8 golfers
7:30 am Breakfast

8:00-12:00
Station Rotations-1 hour at each station. There will be 2 golfers and 1 pro at each.

Station #1: Full Swing Review-TPI Program review of body preps and motor skills using V1 video as feedback. Talk about follow up sessions and give any web help needed.
Station #2: TRACKMAN analysis. Explanation of club fitting, ball fitting, and yardage control.
Station#3: Sam Putting feedback. Use system to give feedback.
Station #4: Green reading, speed control, visual help. Bubble levels, perception test, true roller, block flips, strings, and lines on ball and club suggestions.

12:00-12:30 Lunch

12:30-5:30 Golf 18 holes
